In a prime location, directly on the Malgrate lakeside, with rooms overlooking the lake, we offer two one-bedroom apartments, "Renzo" and "Lucia," located on the first floor and equipped with every residential comfort. The location is strategic and convenient. In the heart of the "Manzonian walk" in the Municipality of Malgrate, you will have the opportunity to stay facing the Lecco skyline, immersed in a unique lake/mountain setting.

The property has just been renovated and can be divided into two completely independent units. Respectively, they can accommodate 3 beds plus a double sofa bed (one and a half places) and a crib in "RENZO" and 2 beds (double) plus a single sofa bed, a double sofa bed (one and a half places), and a crib in "LUCIA". At full capacity, both COMMUNICATING units can accommodate 10 people plus 2 infants. The street where the property is located is almost exclusively residential due to its beauty and the quality of the panorama. There are bars, pubs, restaurants, and pizzerias of excellent quality just a few meters away for entertainment. Upon request and with prior notice, it is possible to receive breakfast, lunch, or dinner directly in the room.

The accommodation is a 10-minute walk from the historic center of Lecco and about 15 minutes from the station.
